Welcome to our website. Ely Primary Care Network (PCN) is an NHS collaboration between seven GP practices in Cambridgeshire. These practices are: Burwell Surgery, Cathedral Medical Centre - Ely, Haddenham Surgery, Priors Field Surgery - Sutton, St George's Medical Centre - Littleport, St Mary's Surgery - Ely, and Staploe Medical Centre - Soham. We work together to provide coordinated care and integrated services to meet the needs of our local population.
